Welcome to use PyaarHai (hereinafter referred to as "Application Name", "We" and "Our"). Thank you for taking the time to read the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "This Agreement").
If you have any questions about any of the terms of this Agreement, or if you would like to send us a notice related to this Agreement, please contact us by email.
These Terms of Service are the rules, terms and conditions relating to matters related to the mobile application and website services ("Services") of PyaarHai ("The Application") and your use of the Services, as well as the provisions relating to the service, which are subject to periodic revision.

Please note, if you cannot understand or agree with the terms of service outlined in this agreement, please do not uninstall or use the services provided by PyaarHai. If you start using our application, such as by registering an account or using its features and services, this indicates that you have received and agreed to the following terms, and you agree to be bound by these terms.
Please note that we make the following special statement: If you are under the age of 18, you cannot install or use PyaarHai.
a. You must be at least 18 years old;
b. You will not receive any restrictions when using the services provided by PyaarHai;
If you are under 18 years old, you are not allowed to download or use the services we provide. Our services can only be used or accessed by individuals with full legal capacity. We do not intentionally collect or maintain information from children under 18. If you visit or use this application by providing false information about your age, you and your guardian will be held responsible according to applicable laws and regulations; PyaarHai shall be exempt from legal consequences.
You need to create an account in PyaarHai and access and use PyaarHai through the following methods:
l You can create an account through your mobile phone number, Google account and device ID (one-click login). Please note that we have the right to access, collect and use the information related to these third-party accounts. For details on how we collect and/or use this information, please refer to the Privacy Agreement of this application.
l Any account you create in PyaarHai is your personal account. You are prohibited from gifting, lending, transferring, or otherwise allowing anyone else to access or use your account. Your account name, user ID, and any other identifiers you use in PyaarHai remain our property. If your account is terminated or deactivated for any reason by you or us, we can disable, reclaim, and reuse these identifiers.
l You are responsible for protecting your account details, including the password used to access your account and all information associated with it. We recommend setting a strong password and changing your login credentials regularly. If you know or suspect that your password or account has been compromised, you must immediately notify us by email. Unless we receive and confirm your notification of the theft of your account/password, all activities on PyaarHai will be considered as your responsibility.
Please note that when you log in as a visitor, there is always the risk of losing your account and any benefits associated with it (such as the diamonds you prepaid). Therefore, we strongly recommend that you log in through your Google account to avoid any risk of losing your information and diamonds.
The PyaarHai allows users to stream media in real time, use chat and voice interaction services, and overlay images, stickers, virtual items, and other features onto the content. Users can also transmit this content through the service. The opinions expressed by other users on the service, including those using virtual gifts, do not represent our views or values.
You declare and warrant that the content you post on mobile applications and websites, or otherwise granted the license specified in this section, does not infringe upon anyone's privacy, publicity rights, copyright, or other intellectual property rights. You agree to pay all royalties and fees for any content you post on mobile applications and websites.
Users must not distribute on this application any offensive, insensitive, disturbing, repulsive, tasteless or just creepy content. For example:
l Child endangerment: We do not allow any content that sexualizes minors under the age of 18, including but not limited to promoting pedophilia or improper interactions with minors.
l CSAM: Creating and disseminating child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is a heinous crime, and we are committed to combating the distribution of CSAM. In this policy, children refer to anyone under the age of eighteen (18). We adopt a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse material on our platform, as well as those who create, disseminate, seek, or consume CSAM. Any content on our platform that features or depicts children is strictly prohibited and is considered a serious violation of our terms of service. We will immediately remove any child sexual abuse material we identify or become aware of. We will report all cases of obvious child sexual abuse material to the police or any other law enforcement agency as required by law and other authorities, and delete the accounts of those involved in the distribution.
l Sexual content and blasphemy: We are committed to providing users with a safe and healthy Internet environment. You must not upload, publish, transmit, perform or store any content that is considered sexual or blasphemous, including pornographic content or anything intended to satisfy sexual content. Here are some examples of common violations:
-Descriptions of sexual nudity or sexually suggestive poses in which the subject is nude, blurred or minimally dressed and/or clothing is not acceptable in appropriate public places:
-Descriptions, animations or illustrations of sexual behavior, or sexual descriptions of poses or body parts that suggest sex.
-Descriptions or functional aids, sexual guides, illegal sex topics and fetish content.
-Obscene or profane content, including but not limited to content that may contain profanity, libel, explicit text, adult/sexual keywords.
-Content that describes, describes or encourages sexual behavior.
Hate speech: Hate speech is any form of expression by a speaker intended to denigrate, humiliate or incite hatred against a group or class of people on the basis of race, religion, color, sexual identity, gender identity, ethnicity, disability, nationality or any other characteristic associated with systematic discrimination or marginalization.
l Violence: Describes actual or threatened violence against any person, or encouragement of the illegal or reckless use of a weapon and dangerous substances, or facilitating the purchase of firearms or ammunition.
l Terrorist content: Any message, text, sound, image, code or other data or material that incites or promotes the commission of a terrorist crime, promotes the activities of a terrorist organization, or provides instructions and technology for the commission of a terrorist crime will be defined as terrorist content.
l Bullying and harassment: Bullying and harassment are acts designed to humiliate or intimidate individuals, such as bullying victims of international or religious conflicts, exploiting others' content, including extortion, blackmail, etc., and publishing content to publicly humiliate someone.
We reserve the right to independently investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who posts restricted or inappropriate content on or through this application, including but not limited to removing the content from the service and terminating the membership of such violators. We also encourage you to help us improve our service by reporting any such restricted or inappropriate content through the report feature in the APP or by contacting us via our customer service email.
You must use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not include in the publicly accessible member profile any phone numbers, street addresses, surnames, URLs, or user names from any social platform or email address.
This policy applies to all minors under the age of 13 worldwide (hereinafter referred to as "children").
6.1、Core Principle: Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
We(AndyHill) are committed to providing a safe and healthy communication environment for all users and maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This policy is publicly available, applies to all users and all content on the PyaarHai platform, and is designed to strictly comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy and relevant laws and regulations.
Prohibited CSAE behaviors include, but are not limited to:
Creating, uploading, sharing, exchanging, or distributing sexual or sexualized content involving minors.
Any sexual solicitation, grooming, coercion, or manipulation involving minors.
Requesting, attempting to obtain, or trading nude images, videos, or personally sensitive information from minors.
Engaging in sexualized conversations, role-play, or other inappropriate interactions with minors.
Any attempt to groom, lure, or deceive minors.
All violations may lead to legal consequences, and we will report relevant cases to law enforcement authorities.
6.2、Age Restriction and Minor Account Management
Service Audience: PyaarHai is a service strictly limited to adults aged 18 and above.
Prohibition for Minors: We prohibit providing any services to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from them.
Measures:
6.3、Content Review and Safety Monitoring
We employ a combination of "automated detection + human moderation" to strictly monitor and review platform content, including:
Live video streams
Text chats between users
User-uploaded media files such as images and videos
Any suspicious behavior that may indicate the involvement or endangerment of minors
Identified high-risk or violating content will be immediately addressed through removal or escalation.
6.4、Reporting and Response Mechanism
We provide users with accessible channels to report the following content or behaviors:
Content related to CSAE
Suspected underage users
Grooming or inappropriate behavior targeting minors
We commit to prioritizing and reviewing reports, especially serious CSAE-related ones, within 24 hours of receipt.
6.5、Detailed List of Prohibited Content and Behavior
Beyond the CSAE behaviors listed above, the platform explicitly prohibits the following:
Nude, partially nude, or sexualized images/videos of minors.
AI-generated or manipulated sexualized content depicting minors.
Textual descriptions, fantasies, or role-play involving minors of a sexual nature.
Soliciting minors for images, videos, or personal data.
Luring minors by offering gifts, money, virtual items, etc.
Impersonating minors for inappropriate interactions.
Any activity violating child protection laws and regulations.
Collecting or using minors' personal information without consent.
Any content or behavior that could jeopardize the safety and well-being of children.
6.6、Penalties for Violations
Upon discovering violations of this policy,PyaarHai will impose severe penalties, including but not limited to:
Immediate and permanent removal of violating content.
Temporary or permanent suspension of the violator's account.
Device bans.
Reporting CSAE cases and related evidence to law enforcement authorities.
Reserving the right to take legal action against violators.
6.7、Responsibilities and Rights of Parties
Developer Responsibility: We commit to continuously maintaining and updating this safety policy and improving our security technologies and management measures to ensure ongoing compliance and provide a trustworthy environment for users.
Parent/Guardian Responsibility: We advise parents and guardians to take responsibility for guiding minors on the proper use of the internet and strengthening their awareness of online safety and privacy protection. If you discover that your child has engaged in any inappropriate behavior or submitted personal information while using our service, please contact us immediately using the contact details provided in the Privacy Policy.
Protection of Children's Information: We strictly adhere to laws such as the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This service does not contain content, advertisements, or behavioral guidance targeted at children, nor does it actively attract users under the age of 13. If a parent believes we hold personal information of their child, we will promptly delete the data after verifying their identity.

To ensure processing efficiency, please provide your child's account name and your valid contact information (email or phone number) in your letter so that we can respond to your request promptly after completing the identity verification.
We place a high priority on protecting the privacy of minors, particularly those under 18 years of age (or the legal age in their jurisdiction). We strictly adhere to relevant laws and regulations, such as COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR-K (EU General Data Protection Regulation-Children's Section), and take the following measures to protect children's personal information:
7.1. Restrictions on the collection of data on minors
Prohibited Actions: We do not provide services to minors under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in the local jurisdiction). We will not intentionally collect, store, or process any personal information of users under 18 years old, including but not limited to their names, addresses, emails, contact details, device identifiers, location data, or any information that could be used to identify them.
7.2. Illegal data processing
If we discover or are notified that a user under the age of 18 has provided personal information, we will take immediate action, including but not limited to:
a. Immediately delete the relevant data and remove it from our servers or databases.
b. Prevent the user's account from being accessed to prevent further access and use of the application.
c. Notify the user that their account has been closed and their data has been deleted.
d. Prevent users from attempting to register again to avoid further data submission.
7.3. Reporting mechanism for minors
If you encounter suspected underage users while using the service, please keep relevant evidence (clear content or evidence) and report to us through customer service email or the complaint channel of the application. After receiving your report, we will complete verification and processing within 72 hours and notify you of the result by email.
If you are a parent or guardian and notice that the minor you are caring for is using our application, please contact us immediately via customer support email or complaint channels. We will complete user verification and take necessary actions within 24 hours, and provide the results via email. We also fully support guardians in deleting or uninstalling the application themselves.
Please note that as parents or legal guardians, you are responsible for supervising and managing your child's use of PyaarHai. If a minor provides false information and claims to have reached the legal age, you, as the parent or guardian, will be fully responsible for any consequences arising from such false statements. We strongly recommend that parents and guardians educate their children about the importance of online safety and monitor their activities to ensure compliance with our policies and applicable laws.
If you misuse this service or act in a way that we deem inappropriate or illegal, we reserve the right to investigate, suspend, and/or terminate your account, including actions or communications involving users encountered through the service, even if they occur outside of the service. Below is a partial list of types of operations you may not participate in related to the service. You will not:
Ask for money from any user.
Harm, stalking or otherwise harassing others.
Pretending or distorting your relationship with any individual or entity (this includes pretending to be a minor (if you are not a minor)
Upload or transmit any content that you are not entitled to provide or infringe any party's patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy or other ownership.
To express or imply that any statement made by you is approved by us without our prior written consent.
The use of services or the commission of illegal acts in an illegal manner.
Access to services in illegal or unauthorized jurisdictions.
Require or use users to conceal the identity, origin or destination of any illegally acquired funds or products.
Use any robot, spider, web search/retrieval application or other manual or automated device or process to retrieve, index, "mine" or otherwise copy or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of a service or its content.
Upload or transmit software viruses or any other harmful computer code, files or programs, or use any data mining, robotics or similar data collection or extraction methods.
Collecting a user's username and/or email address by electronic or other means to send unsolicited emails or unauthorized frames or links to the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt a service or the server or network connected to the service.
Transmission of any material containing a computer virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Falsely title or otherwise manipulate the identifier to conceal the source of any information transmitted to or through the service (directly or indirectly using third party software).
Any part of the "Framework" or "Mirror" services without our prior written authorization.
Use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to our services or the services (or any trademarks, trade names, service logos, emblems or slogans of our services) to direct anyone to any other mobile application and website for any purpose.
Modification, adaptation, redistribution, translation, sale, reverse engineering, deciphering, decompilation or otherwise anti-assembling of any part of the Service, any software on or for use in the Service, or causing others to do so.
Any content or information obtained from the Service that is published, used, transmitted or distributed in any manner or medium, directly or indirectly (e.g. screen scraping), but only in connection with your use of the Service under this Agreement.
Automatically, systematically or programmatically registering an account or publishing content.
Create an unnecessary number of accounts. If we determine that you have created various accounts to send spam, misunderstandings or for any other malicious reason, we reserve the right to terminate your account without notice.
In addition to these terms, you must also comply with the Privacy Agreement of PyaarHai, which describes how we collect, store and use your personal information when using PyaarHai.
Some of our services and features may have additional terms specific to their use, which we will update this Agreement and notify you voluntarily. You must comply with such additional terms when using such services and features and such terms.
We may translate this Agreement into multiple languages, and in the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any other language version, the English version shall prevail.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your designated username and password during the registration process, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. You agree to immediately notify us of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your username or password, or any other security breach, and ensure that you log out of your account after each session.
When you purchase or receive virtual currency products (such as diamonds), you do not own them. Gold coins are used for video, text chat, etc. You agree that we will not be liable to you based on our exercise of rights in gold coins and other virtual currencies. We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility to use virtual currencies.
If we modify, suspend, or terminate the virtual currency, or if any loss or damage is caused by service errors or other reasons, we will not be responsible for repairing or replacing the virtual currency, nor will we provide you with any credit or refund. Purchased virtual currency cannot be re-licensed, refunded, or transferred, even if they expire, are revoked, or cease production. We may change the purchase price of the virtual currency and the way you use it at any time. We reserve the right to revoke or stop issuing the virtual currency without prior notice, refund, or compensation, and set expiration dates for the virtual currency. The virtual currency cannot be exchanged for any amount or monetary value. If you delete your account or your account is terminated for any reason, you will lose all accumulated and unused virtual currency, without a refund or other compensation. You agree that, based on our exercise of rights related to the virtual currency, we will not be liable to you.
Any virtual currency purchased or received by a user does not constitute property and is not transferable.
The paid services of PyaarHai can be purchased through your accounts with certain third parties, such as your Google Play account ("third-party account"). If you purchase any paid services through a third-party account, the billing for these services will be displayed through your third-party account. You should review the terms of service of your third-party account, as we do not control these terms.
During the payment process, you have completed the payment process. There is a certain probability that our service backend cannot immediately capture the "paid" status and related information due to network or other reasons, which may cause a delay in the virtual currency exchange response. If you do not understand or agree with this reality, you can contact us via email to express your concerns.
If prohibited, your membership will be invalid. By using the mobile app, website, and services, you declare and warrant that all registration information provided is true and accurate. You also declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that your use of this service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. If it is found that you have misrepresented your age, your personal data may be deleted without prior notice. Your membership is for your personal use only, and you must not authorize others to use your account, including your personal data or email address. You are fully responsible for all content posted or displayed through your account, including any emails, as well as your interactions with other members.
This agreement remains fully effective while you use the mobile application, website, and/or services. We may terminate your membership at any time if you violate this agreement, without prior notice. If we terminate your service membership, you will not be entitled to any refunds for unused subscription fees (if applicable). This agreement remains in effect even after your membership is terminated. Our terms of service and/or the subscription fee (if applicable) provided at registration may change if necessary. By using our services and becoming a member, you acknowledge that if you violate this agreement or fail to pay the service fees as required, we reserve the right to charge the service fees and terminate your membership. Standard usage charges for SMS and other data may apply and may be billed from your wireless service bill or deducted from your prepaid balance.
The service provides assistance and guidance through its customer service representatives. When communicating with our customer service representatives, you agree not to use abusive, obscene, disrespectful, offensive, sexist, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or inappropriate language. If we determine that your behavior towards any of our customer service representatives or other employees is threatening or offensive at any time, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Services, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees from any loss, liability, claim, or demand arising from your breach of this Agreement in using the Services by any third party, including reasonable attorney's fees.
If we determine that your account poses a significant risk, we reserve the right to freeze or prohibit access to your account. You agree that all information you provide when creating an account, including through your Google account, is accurate and true. You have the right to post content on the service and grant relevant permissions to PyaarHai. You understand and agree that we may monitor or review any content you post as part of the service. We may remove any content that, in our judgment, violates this agreement or could harm the reputation of the service.
You agree that we, our affiliates and third party partners may place advertisements on the Service. By submitting any feedback or suggestions regarding our services, you agree that we may use and share such feedback for any purpose without paying you for it.
You agree that, if required by law or if we genuinely believe such access, retention, or disclosure is reasonably necessary, we may access, retain, and disclose your account information and content for the following reasons:
(1)to comply with legal procedures;
(2)to enforce this agreement;
(3)to respond to third-party infringement claims;
(4)to address your customer service requests;
(5)to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the company or any other party.
You agree that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service, including but not limited to your or a third party's access to or use of our services, will be resolved by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, not through litigation in any court (except for small claims in the Small Claims Court if the claim is within the jurisdiction of a court and is made personally). Any claim must be arbitrated, regardless of its basis, and no legal or equitable remedies shall be sought. Arbitration applies to all such claims or disputes, whether they have occurred in the past, are currently existing, or may arise in the future. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
While we strive to encourage respect for user experience, we are not responsible for any actions of users, whether within or outside the service. You agree to exercise caution in all interactions with other users. You should not provide your financial information (such as credit card or bank account details), wire transfers, or other forms of remittances to other users. You are fully responsible for your interactions with other members. We reserve the right to monitor disputes between you and other members, but we have no obligation to do so.
You must not engage in any activities involving spam on our services. Violating this policy may result in the immediate termination of your service and legal action against any spammers. Therefore, you must not upload, post, send emails, transmit, or otherwise provide spam, commercial advertisements, or any other form of commercial solicitation on our services. Violation of this policy may result in civil and criminal penalties for you or your agents.
For any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on mobile applications and websites, whether by users, members, or devices or programs related to the service. We are not responsible for the actions of any user or member of the mobile application and website, whether online or offline. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, operational or transmission delays, communication line failures, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access or alteration of any user or member's communications. Our services are not responsible for any issues or technical failures caused by technical problems or traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer online systems, wireless phones or other devices, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or any email or player on the Internet or any mobile application and website or their combination, including any damage or injury to the computer of a user and/or member or any person, which is related to the participation or downloading of materials related to mobile applications and websites and/or the service. In no case shall our services be liable for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, caused by the use of mobile applications and websites or services, or any content posted or transmitted to members on mobile applications and websites, or any interaction between users of mobile applications and websites (whether online or offline). Mobile applications, websites, and services are provided as is. The service explicitly disclaims any warranties regarding their applicability for specific purposes or non-infringement. It does not guarantee or promise any specific outcomes from using the mobile applications, websites, or services. We are not responsible for third-party advertisements on or through the mobile applications and websites of this service, nor for the goods or services advertised by these advertisers.
We assure you that we will use reasonable and secure technology to support PyaarHai.
The risks associated with using this application are borne by you. We do not guarantee that our services will always be safe, reliable, or error-free, nor that they will always run smoothly without interruptions, delays, or imperfections. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements. We do not guarantee that the results obtained from us will be accurate or reliable. We do not guarantee that the quality of products, services, information, materials, or purchased features obtained through our services will meet your expectations. Any materials downloaded or obtained through our services are at your own risk. You will be fully responsible for any damage to your or others' devices, whether direct or indirect, caused by downloading such materials. In certain jurisdictions, such warranties may not be allowed, or limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages may apply. Some limitations on warranties may not apply to you. In such cases, warranties and liabilities will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
All of our intellectual property, including any future updates, upgrades, and new versions of this application, will remain the property of us. You have no right to use our intellectual property, except as expressly provided in these terms. In particular, you have no right to use our trademarks, product names, logos, domain names, or any other unique brand features without our prior written consent. Any comments or suggestions you provide about this application are entirely voluntary, and we will freely use them as appropriate, without paying you any fees or incurring any other obligations.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code from this application, unless we do not prohibit such actions under applicable laws and regulations, or you have obtained our prior written consent. If applicable laws and regulations permit you to reverse engineer or extract the source code from this application, you should first contact us to request the information you need.
We may provide the latest information to this application from time to time. Such updates can be made automatically or manually. Please note that if you do not install the upgrade or new version, the product application may not function properly or at all. We do not guarantee that we will provide any updates to every user of this application, nor do we guarantee that such updates will continue to support your device or system.
Under no circumstances will our services be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or exemplary damages to you or any third party, including losses of profits resulting from your use of the mobile application and website or service, even if we have been informed of the potential for such damages. Any liability our services may incur towards you, regardless of the form of litigation, will always be limited to the amount of services you have paid us during your membership period (if applicable).
We may change the Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you when these changes are made. You understand and agree that if you use the Services after the date of the change, your use will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms of Service.
If you have any dissatisfaction, objection or complaint against other users of PyaarHai, including any complaint or inquiry regarding the measures taken by you in using PyaarHai, you should immediately submit such dissatisfaction or complaint to our designated customer service email address and provide us with all necessary information and/or documents so that we can try to resolve the problem.
This agreement is accepted when you use the mobile application and website, and further confirmed by your membership in the service. This agreement forms the complete contract between you and the service regarding the use of the mobile application and website and/or the service. The service's failure to exercise or enforce any rights or terms under this agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights or terms.
